Katy received her Bachelors and Masters Degree in the Agricultural field from Texas A&M University. Katy and her family currently own and operate one of the largest ranches in Waller County where they aim to produce competitive show cattle and bulls for commercial and seed-stock producers. Additionally, Katy has experience subdividing large ranch properties, selling working cattle/horse operations and has a first-hand understanding of the lifestyle of those in the Ranching community. Outside of real estate, Katy has enjoyed the opportunity to judge various livestock shows across the country. Her passions include instilling the Ranching way of life in her son and all things cattle. Katy is a member of the Texas Land Brokers Network, Texas Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, International Brangus Breeders Association and the South Central Board of Realtors.
